Deliberately absent: Lord Knight, High Priest, Paladin and the rest of the transcendent line. Rune Knight, Warlock and every third job. Ninja, Gunslinger, Taekwon, Star Gladiator, Soul Linker. The rebirth NPC in Valhalla is gone too — there is no path past second class.

Getting Started

Four steps. The client is complete — no patcher, no Gravity account, no kRO install.

Install

  1. Download the client above and extract the ZIP anywhere you like.
  2. Run RagnarokClassic.exe. Do not rename the folder contents.
  3. Register an account, then log in with it.
  4. Pick a job and go. You will hit 99 fast — that is the point.

If it will not start

  1. Extract the ZIP fully before running — opening it inside the archive viewer will fail.
  2. If Windows SmartScreen warns, choose More info → Run anyway. The client is unsigned.
  3. Install the DirectX 9 runtime if you see a d3d error.
  4. Run from a normal folder, not Program Files, so it can write its settings.
